Centrally store and show client information

XMDS should have a method for receiving a set of information from each client describing key facts and figures about that client.

Such information would include:
- Client IP address
- Client Version (the client knows its version in 1.0.5 onwards)

Such information would not include:
- Any current settings (these will eventually be pushed from the server: see https://blueprints.launchpad.net/xibo/+spec/client-settings-central)
