During Ubuntu GNOME Weekly Meeting #1 for Utopic Unicorn Cycle, I have proposed an idea/suggestion and Ubuntu GNOME Team voted YES for this idea.

WHAT ARE THE TASKS / WHY THIS BOARD ?
-------
The idea is to have a Leaders/Team Leaders Board (Council) within Ubuntu GNOME Team to take care of these tasks:
1- Vote for any decision to be made within Ubuntu GNOME Community. In short, no decision within Ubuntu GNOME Community to be made unless the Leaders Board (Council) vote for it - 50% + 1. Example: If the board consists of 7 members then if 4 of them will vote YES, the new decision will be approved.
2- Weekly Meetings. While everyone is more than welcome to attend the weekly meetings of Ubuntu GNOME, it is really optional but for Ubuntu GNOME Leaders Board (Council), it is not optional but rather very important :)
3- The Main reference for anything related to Ubuntu GNOME: Information, etc. In short, Ubuntu GNOME Leaders Board (Council) is the official representative of Ubuntu GNOME.
