During Ubuntu GNOME Weekly Meeting #1 for Utopic Unicorn Cycle, I have proposed an idea/suggestion and Ubuntu GNOME Team voted YES for this idea.

WHAT IS IT?

The idea is very plain and simple. Each Sub-Teams within Ubuntu GNOME should have 1-2 people who could be 'Acting Team Leader' - https:/

WHY?
----------
Simple enough because when the Team Leader of any Ubuntu GNOME Sub-Teams be away for whatever reason, the team should NOT wait for him/her and should carry on. Since the role of a Team Leader within Ubuntu GNOME Team is important and needed, there must be someone who could be in this role so nothing will be affected and everything else will go as smooth as planned for.

WHO?

Only Active members of Ubuntu GNOME Sub-Teams - https:/
It is also required some management and leadership skills. Not really a must since that role will be for few days not for the long run. But it is definitely a huge plus :)

Team Leaders of each Ubuntu GNOME Sub-Teams will choose 1-2 people for this role.
