Start Ubuntu installation from Windows using the CDROM

Registered by Jordi Massaguer Pla on 2006-09-05

Implement a very simple installer that let the user start Ubuntu installation from Windows, so that BIOS configuration is not needed.
The installer will do the minimum in order to start the debian installer without booting from the CDROM. That is, installing the kernel, the initrd and a GRUB4DOS to the hard disk.
After booting with that kernel and that initrd, the user will be asked to insert the CDROM into the CD drive.
