Implement Vertica Cluster provisioning for Vertica Datastore
Implement Vertica cluserting provisioning for Vertica datastore.
Clustering implementation for Vertica datastore will consist of 3 guest instance node.
The cluster will return IPs of all its nodes, so that the cluster can be used for multi write and multi read.
As of now, there would be no provision to scale down or scale up, since Vertica edition does not supports more than 3-nodes, and 3-nodes are pre-requisite for a fault-tolerant cluster.
All clusters nodes will be of same flavors.
