Implementing of profile system

Current qutIM login window is not intuitive for user (especially thing with multiuin support) and not ready for multiprotocol support. qutIM depends on ICQ account, we need to add some abstract layer between ICQ protocol and qutIM. Profile system allows us to manage ICQ accounts easily.
