Kernel Packages Updates for 12.06 cycle

[fboudra, 2012-06-20] Any status update? Implementation is started but all WIs are TODOs.
[jcrigby, 2012-06-21] tilt-tracking is still 3.4 based. The table on the git-web page is misleading because it mentions patches missing in upstream 3.5.
[jcrigby, 2012-06-24] the old scripts do not work with omap and 3.4 and the new scripts are still not complete pushing omap 3.4 source to kernel ppa by hand while continuing to work on new scripts.
[jcrigby 2012-06-25] I have config scripts for all the kernels listed in the work items. I have used those scripts along with my new package_kernel script to package and put all but on kernel. The kernel that fails to build is origen 3.4 on linuxlinarotracking.
[rsalveti, Jun 25, 2012] the CI part of this blueprint should be covered by https://blueprints.launchpad.net/linaro-ubuntu/+spec/kernel-ci-cross-build-validation instead (as it's a major update at every CI build job).
