Support tracker tweaks

The support tracker is already quite simple, and it hasn't received many complains yet. There are still a few tweaks that would make it simpler and easier to use, though. These changes include, reducing the number of statuses, keep track of who ansered the request in case more than one person provided an answer, and make sure that the tracker doesn't get full of old requests that no one cares about.
