ITA Membership Policy
Note (1) : We don't yet have HR Sub-Team. However, as founders of ITA, we need to be clear, direct and honest with everyone and prepare this for the coming HR Team Leader and Sub-Team.

ITA Membership Policy
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Part 1: Within the first 30 days
-------
1- NEW Members recruited to ITA Team will be accepted on this Facebook Group as the very first step: https:/
2- NEW Members accepted on the Facebook Group (https:/
3- During these 30 days, members of the Facebook Group (https:/
a- Once accepted to the Facebook Group, they need to write a new post and introduce themselves.
b- Interact with the rest of the group/members and with the posts.
c- Show seriousness and commitment.
d- While it is not required to be active daily, it is however required to maintain a certain level of activity. For example, if someone will tag their names, they need to reply.
e- NEW Members are 100% free to take a leave (or be away) if they're busy, travelling, studying, etc. However, they do need to inform the team and mention they're going to be away and even better if they could mention for how long or when they will be back.
4- The idea of giving 30 days for NEW Members is to give them enough time to be familiar with everything they need to know from the moment of their joining in to the moment when they are ready to take a part in ITA.
5- NEW Members, during the first 30 days of their membership, need to make their mind and choose one (maximum two) of the Sub-Teams that ITA Team has for the first phase - https:/
6- Selecting a Sub-Team to join and being part of it does not mean the 30-days policy for NEW Members will be changed.
7- ITA Founders and HR Team Leader have the right to remove any member that has been added for 30 days or more with no activities.
a- ITA Founders and HR Team Leader need to make sure NEW Members to ITA Team are aware of this Policy.
b- ITA Founders and HR Team Leader need to remind the inactive member 'at least once' before removing them.
8- The one and only case to remove NEW Members from the Facebook Group 'before' 30 days and without any further notice is when NEW Members join the Facebook Group and they NEVER POST anything nor introduce themselves. ITA Founders and HR Team Leader reserve all the right to remove those without any notice ONLY IN THIS CASE.
-------
Part 2: After 30 days of being a member:
-------
1- NEW Members after 30 days must be part of one of ITA 10 Sub-Teams:
https:/

3- Membership of ITA Launchpad Team - https:/
a- A period of 30 days for members who join https:/
b- After 30 days, members can renew their ITA Launchpad Membership - https:/
c- This is an efficient and automatic way to maintain an active team.
4- After 30 days, members need to stop using the Facebook Group and Migrate to Launchpad and use the Mailing List for their communications - https:/
