The Migration Process From Facebook to Launchpad

As per [19-April-2014] Weekly Meeting for ITA Team Leaders, it has been agreed and approved to fully migrate from Facebook to Launchpad:

"ITA Mailing List MUST be used for day-to-day communications between Team Members. This will reduce the off-topic posts, the endless useless and pointless chat on Facebook Group, unnecessary messages, etc. Facebook must be ONLY used for: (a) Recruiting New Members. (b) Welcoming New Members to ITA Team. (c) Schedule meetings events. (d) Take votes using Questions/Polls."

It has been agreed that such migration will go through several phases:

Step 1:

Founders and Team Leaders of ITA to start using Launchpad for their daily communications (Mailing List) and for project management and planning (blueprints).

Step 2:

The members of ITA Sub-Teams to start the migrate process - as explained above - and their Team Leader will help them and make their life easier.

Step 3:

Newcomers to ITA Team to join Launchpad - https://launchpad.net/~ita-team - and starting using ONLY the mailing list after 7-14 days from the date of joining the facebook group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/ITA.Team/ - as newcomers, as agreed during the meeting, will not be part of any Sub-Team unless the first 30 days will over. That said, they don't really have to use the blueprints. So, just the mailing list and that will happen after 1 week - 2 weeks of their joining day to the facebook group.
