Cisco UCS H/W Inspection

This proposal adds the ability to inspect/update hardware properties
and auto-create ports for Cisco UCS B/C/M-servers managed by UCSM.
UcsSdk python library is used by the UCS drivers to communicate with
UCS Manager and get the required H/W properties.
