Live migration from the dashboard
It would be very useful if the administrator can have the possibility to migrate one or more running instance to a selected host according to its charge.

This is not a duplicate: the migrate-instance blueprint implements non-live migrations (nova migrate), this blueprint is about live migrations (nova live-migration). Lack of support of live migrations and lack of distinction between different migration types is a serious limitation of Horizon: at best, it forces a user who is aware of the distinction to use CLI instead of the dashboard; at worst, it tricks an unsuspecting user into triggerring a disruptive non-live migration without telling them that for a non-disruptive live migration they should look elsewhere.
