Horizon dashboard for Cisco N1KV plugin
Add a new dashboard in the admin mode of Horizon to manage the Cisco Nexus 1KV when the cisco plugin is being used. Essentially add the ability to add/delete/update profiles and associate tenants with particular profiles via dashboard.

Use Cases: Once the Cisco Nexus 1000V is integrated with the Cisco plugin this can be used to manage network profiles and policy profiles on networks and ports via Horizon.

Functionality: New dashboard and panel to display Cisco Nexus 1K network and policy profiles; ability to create network profiles of VLAN or VXLAN types; ability when creating a network to associate an N1K network profile with the network; ability when launching an instance to associate an N1K policy profile (ACL, QoS etc.) on the port/nic being created for the instance.
