Bug Description
quantum-common tries to put files in /etc/quantum (which may not exist):
chown: cannot access `/etc/quantum/': No such file or directory
2012.1~rc1-0ubuntu4
(make that directory manually and the package installs cleanly.)
I'm not sure if this means there is a missing dependency or just that q-c needs to mkdir.
