Bug Description
When encoding to mp3 320kbit the frequency spectrum always gets cut off at round about 16kHz. I guess it gets encoded with a --lowpass argument given to lame.

The lowpass cutoff frequency is set at 17KHz in gstreamer. We can change it, but is this really a problem ?
