Bug Description

Create a stand alone program that checks the graphics hardware for Unity support:
Detect the following:
  - OpenGL support
  - OpenGL capabilities required by Unity
    * FBO support
    * ARB shaders
    * Non power of two or rectangle texture support
  - OpenGL capabilities for Compiz
  - Report results in temporary files /tmp
