Bug Description

Binary package hint: wine

Between Hardy and Intrepid, Wine renamed the /etc/sysctl.d/wine.sysctl.conf file to /etc/sysctl.d/30-wine.conf

The original file, however, is not cleaned up on package upgrades because we don't mess with files in /etc. Accordingly, a maintainer script to manage the two is needed.

This will be fixed by removing the sysctl files entirely, per Kees decision.

  * debian/control: update text in wine, wine-dev, and wine-gecko to say that
    its for easing wine upgrades and not just for PPA users now.
