properties dock grows up when selecting a road

Bug Description

Binary package hint: merkaartor

When I select a highway for editing in merkaartor, and deselecting it, the docked properties panel grows up.

When it is done again an again, the panel finally take the whole window....And it's impossible to resize it down... you must relaunch merkaartor

I've tested it on ubuntu 8.10 (kde 4.2)

A fixed version of merkaartor has been released to the development version of Kubuntu 9.10. (merkaartor 0.13.2)

  * This is a Ubuntu-only roll-back release that downgrades version 0.14
    (which has a number of unresolved issues and regressions) to
    version 0.13.2 from Debian unstable.
