Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

Since gnome-system-tools now uses GtkBuilder instead of Glade for the UI files, there's no need to build-depend on libglade2-dev.

Technically, the GTK+ build dependency should be bumped to >= 2.12.0, as GtkBuilder is a GTK+ 2.0 thing.
