TI Panda 4460 boot failed with Linux Linaro ubuntu image.

Bug Description

On TI Panda 4460 board with Linux Linaro ubuntu Quantal image:

System booting failed. Please refer to attachment to get full boot log. After the last line shows:

[ 2.379882] omap_cpufreq_init: physical regulator not present for MPU

System is stuck there, no response, and can't boot to the console. No display either.

The last two lines in the log:

[ 2.373474] cpu0 supply vcc not found, using dummy regulator
[ 2.379882] omap_cpufreq_init: physical regulator not present for MPU

- are no problem (don't prevent the board from booting). They are also present in the Panda 4430 boot log when the 4430 boots ok.
Something goes wrong after these two lines are printed to the console.

The same image can boot TI Panda 4430 well, probably this is a clue for the root cause.

@Soumya, would you help me to boot your TI Panda 4460 on your side to see whether the same issue shows?

Hi Botao,
as I tested on my side boot-test failed of the mentioned image.
no shell prompt is coming for entering command. it is confirm.
boot log is attached for reference.

The 13.02 release fails to boot on my Pandaboard ES (OMAP 4460). 13.01 boots ok (but has other issues).

If you need any help testing solutions let me know.
