The last two lines in the log:
[ 2.373474] cpu0 supply vcc not found, using dummy regulator
[ 2.379882] omap_cpufreq_init: physical regulator not present for MPU
- are no problem (don't prevent the board from booting). They are also present in the Panda 4430 boot log when the 4430 boots ok.
Something goes wrong after these two lines are printed to the console.
