Remove Healing Overriding Deploy
A unit using a healing weapon (a weapon set with negative damage) calls several hardcoded functions.
One of these is to give the medic a "guard" function that replaces the deploy function. This overrides Deployer=yes, preventing deploying of the infantry both through clicking on a selected one and the deploy hotkey.
Adding a flag to remove this or allowing Deployer=yes to bypass this check would allow for coding medics with versatile secondary functions.
(e.g. a medic that can drop smoke grenades, or create a weaker area heal, or do an area attack on deploy, etc.)

[InfantryType]
Whether infantry units with negative damage weapons get the Guard Area cursor on themselves. If no, the Guard Area cursor will not take precedence, allowing other cursors like the Deploy cursor to be shown.
