Custom EMP sparkles
Ares reenables the TS EMP logic though units paralyzed by such a weapon always display the animation defined by EMPulseSparkles= tag.
This should be made to be customizable:

Implemented as specified. Warhead sparkes override TechnoType sparkles override global sparkles. -AlexB

The animation played over an object of this type disabled by EMP. Use "none" to disable the animation.
[Warhead]
If set, overrides the default animation to be played on the unit or structure under EMP. This only applies if the object does not already have an EMP animation.
