HWDB Client overhaul for Ubuntu

The existing hwdb client app needs decent overhaul (translation, beautification, enhancement of the HW it tests, adding a reset button, store the hwdb id in a systemwide config, not in the users home etc) if it shall be shown prominently by default on the liveCD.
