Ok, modify the test_add_updated_ctime test, changing the logic. From what I read the test description and code, I think the way it was working was not really correct, making it fail all the time. We wanted to check if having a earlier timestamp on the checksums file will cause a refresh of the checksum - rewinding mtime for both does not really lead to the expected outcome.
