  * Backport to Xenial
  * Revert "Drop python2 support" and make these adjustments:
    - d/control: Add python-pyparsing PD to python-httplib2 package
    - d/tests/control: Duplicate Python 3 Test-Command for Python 2
    - d/p/: Update 0001-Use-system-ca-certificates-not-the-bundled-ones.patch
      to also patch python2/httplib2/certs.py as required for successful tests
  * debian/control: Set debhelper-compat (= 10) BD (LP highest for Xenial)
