  * New upstream 1.x series bugfix release
  * Add Python 2 package (dask distributed 1.x is compatible with Python 2.7):
    - d/control: Add all required Python 2 BDs (no sphinx) as per Python 3 BDs
      + Add python-distributed package per python3-distributed package
      + Bump python{3}-tornado version as per requirements.txt
    - d/rules: Add python2 to dh --with option
      + Add override_dh_auto_install section to rename /usr/bin tools for Py2
      + Also remove asyncio.py and five related test scripts for Python 2.7
        package (asynchronous requests were first introduced in Python 3.3)
  * debian/patches: Drop larger-keys.patch (upstreamed) and rebase others
