  * New upstream 1.x series bugfix release
  * Add Python 2 package to build (dask 1.2.2 is compatible with Python 2.7):
    - d/control: Add all required Python 2 BDs (no sphinx) as per Python 3 BDs
      + Add python-dask package per python3-dask package
      + Bump versions for python{3}-{distributed,pandas}
    - d/rules: Add python2 to dh --with option
  * d/patches: Drop three numpy patches (all upstreamed) and rebase others
  * debian/compat: Set compat level to 10 (Launchpad sbuild highest for Xenial)
