  * Rebuild for Python 3.6 PPA (ppa:savoury1/python-defaults-3.6)
    - debian/{control,rules}: Drop doc BDs and package
    - debian/control: Change ${python3:Depends} -> python3.6 PD for both
      python3-pil{,.imagetk} and python3-dbg -> python3.6-dbg PD for both
      python3-pil{,.imagetk}-dbg
    - debian/rules: Set /usr/bin/python3.6 shebang on dh_python3 invocation
      - Add {DEFAULT,INSTALL}DIR variables and after dh_python3 call move all
        four package directories to correct /usr/lib/python3.6 path
    - debian/python3-pil{,.imagetk}.{postinst,prerm}: Create, include snippets
      for py3{compile,clean} modified to use -V 3.6 option for correct version
    - debian/patches/: Update build-with-older-sphinx.patch to remove changes
      made to a table (causes FTBFS for Python 3.5 without changes, causes
      FTBFS with Python 3.6 with same changes -- strange Sphinx stuff!)
