     and add no-op override_dh_systemd_enable to emulate compat 11 but with
     compat 10 (highest compat level for Xenial when building on Launchpad)
   * Due FTBFS with GCC 5.5.0/7.5.0 (error "sorry, unimplemented: non-trivial
     designated initializers not supported") build with GCC 8.5.0 instead:
     - debian/control: Add g++ (>= 4:8.4.0-1~) BD (ppa:savoury1/gcc-defaults-8)
