  * dhpython/build/plugin_pyproject.py: Remove new dirs_exist_ok=True keyword
      argument from shutil.copytree calls in install function (Python < 3.8)
    - Use str(wheel) for WheelFile.open call in build_step2 function to fix
      "'PosixPath' object has no attribute 'seek'" error (Python 3.5 issue)
