KVM and Libvirt Backported to Lucid LTS
PPA description
Backport of Natty KVM/Qemu and libvirt to Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx".
These packages have only been tested when using 2.6.38 backported to Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx".

This is to get hugepages support working.

This backport will also support PCI-pass-through provided that the host has Intel VT-d or AMD IOMMU (not GART IOMMU as the GART only handles translation and not protection) or IBM Calgary IOMMU.
This also enables using vhost-net and <serial></serial> disk serial numbers in virtio-blk.
August 23, 2011 - updated to current Natty packages.
December 4, 2011 - updated libvirt package to 0.8.8-1ubuntu6.7 (which provides the VM guest shutdown "script".)
