  * Merge some changes from 2.0.2.3+git20200429+ed310a0-1 (note that there are
    no source code changes, ie. to any *.{c,h} files, in this new git snapshot,
    yet it changes the build system from standard CMake to new "micro-soong"):
    - Point Homepage to the actual upstream
    - Update the copyrights and upstream metadata
    - Add a watch file
    - Add symbols files
  * debian/control: Set debhelper-compat (= 11) BD
