PPA description
Basic stuff for now.
mpv here has vaporsynth support, general mpv info & non vs builds here

shaderc added, mpv in above ppa is using.
FFmpeg is split into 2 sources.
ffmpeg provides ffmpeg program use only, i.e ffmpeg, ffplay, ffprobe. Can not be built off of.
(- previously was named ffmpeg-static. If you were using that then just install ffmpeg and it'll be removed
ffmpeg-shared provides libraries, headers, includes only. No programs & no extra packages
Can be used for building but note it doesn't include any non free or GPLv3 supports.
Some packages here will use it, ex. libmpv, mpv, audacious-plugins
gnome-mpv is now the last version. In future it'll be named Celluloid, dedicated ppa here - https://launchpad.net/~xuzhen666/+archive/ubuntu/gnome-mpv
*Note*: that that ppa's builds have a useless recommend on youtube-dl that you should get rid of..
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:mc3man/bionic-media to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mc3man/bionic-media
sudo apt update
