PPA description
Upstream NGINX have redefine their "STABLE" channel as 1.12-series[1] at Apr 12, 2017. If you keep tracking on upstream "STABLE" channel, you are likely to be upgraded to 1.12-series silently in the near future.
The reason I create this PPA is to avoid those thing happen.
It's 100% NGINX official build, directly copy from upstream PPA[2]

Adding this PPA to your system
