CMake 3.25.1 standalone for Bionic, Focal, Jammy
PPA description
Standalone CMake 3.25 backport for "older" Ubuntu versions. CMake is statically built against built-in dependencies, so this PPA can be installed (and built) without any further dependencies and with minimal impact on the system.
There is no cmake-doc package and no man pages for any binary due to missing build dependencies that were not worth it to be backported. Just use the CMake online documentation.
Available Ubuntu versions in this PPA:
- Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic)
- Ubuntu 20.04 (focal)
- Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy)

Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:ecal/cmake-3.25 to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
