16.04 systemd with LazyUnmount and ForceUnmount

PPA description

This is intended for systemd updates based on the latest 16.04 LTS upstream package with a single patch applied that adds the LazyUnmount and ForceUnmount options added.

Adding this PPA to your system

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:disysops/systemd to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing) 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:disysops/systemd
sudo apt update
