HAProxy is a TCP/HTTP reverse proxy which is particularly suited for high availability environments. It features connection persistence through HTTP cookies, load balancing, header addition, modification, deletion both ways. It has request blocking capabilities and provides an interface to display the server status.

Nginx ("engine X") is a high-performance web and reverse proxy server created by Igor Sysoev. It can be used both as a standalone web server and is a proxy to reduce the load on back-end HTTP or mail servers.

* pacemaker for trusty *
After running into strange phaenomena with the default pacemaker / crmsh packages in trusty LTS , i decided to build updated versions. This includes the new crmsh 2.x release as well as the recent pacemaker 1.1.12 versions from git.
