FPC and Lazarus

PPA description

An install of Free Pascal and Lazarus for my use building tomboy-ng in another PPA.
Built directly from Debian's Testing FPC and Lazarus in an Ubuntu 20.04 env because the libc6 in U2004 will work fine for later releases but not visa versa (that is, binaries linked to libc6 in newer distros will not run on systems using anything earlier than GLIBC_2.34.
While I may, from time to time, update the FPC and Lazarus here, I don't really suggest you use this PPA to install them on your own systems but you could and you certainly could use them in your own PPA.
