gwenview-4.13, simutrans-120.1.1 builds
PPA description
As the kipi-plugins package has not been ported to KF5 yet, the version of gwenview shipped with Ubuntu Wily (15.10) is of limited use. Gwenview-5 is already ported to KF5, so kipi-plugins based on KF4 will not load.
To fix this in the meantime there is gwenview-4.13 from trusty which still relies on KF4. But you cannot simply use the binary deb package from trusty since it depends on older libexiv2-12. All of wily is built against newer libexiv2-14.
However, building gwenview-4.13 from source on wily (15.10) will work. The resulting build will be able to simply use libexiv2-14 instead. You can compile this yourself manually or simply download the precompiled debs from this repo.
Guideline how to do it manually:
