    - scripts/debdiff-apply: Move and statements to end of previous lines
    - scripts/bts.pl: Add spaces around =cut (line 1579) due build error
    - po4a/po/de.po,fr.po: Add quoted line breaks around =cut commands
    - po4a/ltnu.pod: Remove internal link around <email address hidden> (line 88)
  * Build against ppa:savoury1/gpg and ppa:savoury1/apt-xenial for gpg tests
