PPA description
Connects to ProtonVPN (old version 1.0) with a graphical user interface. Needs openvpn, c.f. protonvpn.com/support/linux-vpn-tool. Will install Python 3 if missing. (needs 3.5+, not 3.8, same as protonvpn)

Will add the menu item "ProtonVPNgui" to:
→ Applications > All
→ Applications > Other (may vary on some systems, I use Linux Mint)
Can be launched from a terminal with the command: protonvpngui
Instruction for other Linux/Unix versions:
1) download and extract the tar ball
2) go to protonvpngui-1.9.6/debian/prog/main.py
3) make it executable
4) run on click
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:bnmm/protonvpngui1 to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bnmm/protonvpngui1
sudo apt update
