  * Merge from debian unstable.  Remaining changes: LP: #596302
    - Build with profile feedback based optimization.
    - Make the package "required" since this is our default system
      shell.
    - Add dependency on debianutils so /etc/shells exists before
      we are configured.
    - If the dash/sh question has not been seen by the user, reset it to
      the default which is now true.
    - debian/control: drop "Essential: yes" that is now present in both
      Ubuntu and Debian.
  * Add Build-Depend on sharutils to include uudecode.tar.gz during
    build
