2- Find outward normal vectors or inward normal vectors
3- Identify zero velozities or use whole boundary points

Input:
Any vtkDataSet, including:
Structured Grid
UnstructuredGrid

Output:
A PolyData with the following structure:
Points
Vertices as cells
Polygon(s) as cells
Zero Velocity [boolean]
Normals [double vector]

Usage:
1- Add ppa to your Ubuntu repository.
2- Install the debian package.
