  * Merge from Ubuntu 18.04. Remaining changes:
    - Automatically install packages from -updates.
    - Automatically install PPA updates from ppa:altispeed/kiosk.
    - Add syslog logging to make it easier to diagnose.
    - Enable autoclean at an interval of daily.
  * Add an epoch to ensure our version always takes priority and adjust the
    version accordingly.
