Customised xen-4.16 build for Ubuntu Jammy
PPA description
Build based on a backport of 4.16.2-1 from Kinetic:

Changes:
- init.d -> systemd for xen service startup
- build with vtpm and xenstore stubdoms
- fix for xen-network-
TODO:
- build with ioemu stubdom(?)
- build xsm policy
HOWTO:
- Boot using the xenstore stubdomain: This PPA provides a pv and pvh version of the xenstore daemon which can run as a separate guest domain. The theory being that any exploit of xenstore via xenbus cannot escalate in to the domain (dom0) where the daemon is normally run. xxx
There is an issue in the current package version (4.16.2-1dmuk3) where the xenstore stubdom fails to start.
