PPA description
Latest stable NGINX with ngx_http_geoip2, ngx_brotli, ngx_vts module.
* HTTP2 HPACK encoding support
* Dynamic TLS record support
* Use md5 / sha1 from openssl library
Since early 2022 I decided to make stable NGINX builds with latest LTS OpenSSL packages built here, because of versions provided by distros are being obsoleted too early. Long Term Support (LTS) OpenSSL versions are 1.1.1 and 3.0 series.
Jammy Jellyfish build will use system provided OpenSSL packages.
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:5-sergey/ppa to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:5-sergey/ppa
sudo apt update
