(hongbin 2018-02-15) Shengqin, could you provide more details about this proposal. You could simply write more information in this whiteboard. The questions in my mind are how this alarm model will look like and how this alarm model will be used. In addition, how this proposal relate to the OpenStack Aodh (https://docs.openstack.org/aodh/latest/)? or it is not related at all?

1. define ZunAlarm as NovaAlarm
2. monitor memory/disk/... and call the alarm functions to report warning/notice/restore for users.
