Support streaming via rest api

Registered by hongbin

Command "attach" requires streaming the output to zunclient, Currently, we let zunclient stream via the Docker Daemon, but this is not the best practice from security perspective.

We need to add support for streaming in REST API. As a result, zunclient can stream via Zun REST API instead of Docker daemon.
