Add possibility to specify host

As in nova, have the possibility to specify the host using "--availability-zone nova:host".
An very useful use case is when you need map local storages.

According to the nova spec [1] the using of "--availability-zone nova:host" is deprecated, the new behavior is using "--host" to specify the host. I think Zun should follow the new behavior.
